INFORMATION ON ATTENDING (August 2021) CRYSTAL OPTOMETRY EDINBURGH

All access to the premises is by way of appointment only. You may not be allowed access to the practice without an appointment in order to ensure effective hygiene control measures are maintained. We are operating a clean air zone and a controlled environment. 

Priority continues to be given to emergency and essential eye care; there may be a longer wait than usual for available appointments.  

When attending please note...

•       All patients will be required to attend wearing a face mask or covering
•       Appointment spacing times have been increased to allow for full sanitisation between appointments
•       Practice staff will be wearing medical personal protection equipment
•       You will be asked to attend your appointment alone, or with one parent/guardian/carer
•       You may need to wait outside the practice for a short period of time to ensure that hygiene control measures are safely completed. 
•       Toilets are for emergency use only.
